Identification of *Myxobolus distalisensis* n. sp. infecting yellow catfish, with a supplementary description of *M. voremkhai*

This study describes a novel myxozoan species, Myxobolus distalisensis n. sp., infecting yellow catfish (Tachysurus fulvidraco), and provides a supplementary redescription of M. voremkhai. Morphological and molecular evidence supports its taxonomic distinction.
